- Provide occupational therapy services per physician's plan.
- Develop treatment programs and communicate with healthcare professionals.
- Teach skills and use of adaptive equipment.
- Maintain clinical records and coordinate patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
- Registered with the National Registration Examination.
- Two years of clinical experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation and current CPR certification required.
