Salary: $55.00-60.00 per hour.
Work Location: In person.
- Collaborate with therapy teams and complete evaluations/documentation.
- Provide therapy as per treatment plans and prescriptions.
- Manage workflow, including treatment documentation in electronic records.
- Familiarity with PDPM and Medicaid/Medicare billing required.
- New York License.
- Experience in long-term care, especially Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage diverse patient personalities and abilities.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
