RN iFlex - Canadian Valley - Nights

Responsibilities

We are seeking an RN iFlex for the Central Float Pool in Yukon, OK, working 7p-7a. This role involves providing exceptional patient care across various hospital units, with flexible short-term assignments. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and delivering patient care using the nursing process.
• Conducting assessments and developing care plans.
• Supervising and mentoring staff.
• Participating in on-call status during peak times.
  
  

Qualifications include a current RN license in Oklahoma, 2 years of patient care experience, BLS certification, and effective communication skills. Additional certifications may be required for specialty areas. All applicants will be considered regardless of protected status.
