Salary Range: $71,612.39 - $110,999.20
Responsibilities
Manage clinical operations and supervise staff (Medical Assistants, LPNs, RNs)
Oversee patient flow and point-of-care testing
Ensure optimal clinic workflow and charge capture
Develop and motivate staff
Collaborate with Practice Coordinator and attend management meetings
Maintain confidentiality and oversee supply ordering
Ensure Joint Commission compliance
Qualifications
Associates degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
NYS RN Licensure and current BLS certification
Minimum 3 years nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory role
