Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Responsibilities

Now hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for residents with communication or swallowing impairments. Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating residents' needs and following physician orders for treatment.
• Assisting in developing prevention policies for communication and swallowing decline.
• Participating in discharge planning and providing caregiver education.
• Maintaining accurate documentation as required by regulatory agencies.
  
  

Required qualifications include a current SLP license, clinical competence certification, or equivalent education and experience. Solid computer skills and EMR experience preferred.
