- ASHA certified or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Active state license in good standing.
- Preferred one year experience in post-acute care.
- CPR certification required.
- Engage in community health projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Coordinate with patients and families for care planning.
- Maintain professional relationships and confidentiality.
- Set and modify patient goals.
- Chart and utilize therapy software accurately.
