Staff Development Nurse - RN ($10k sign on bonus)

We are seeking a qualified RN Staff Development Nurse to coordinate and provide training for new and existing staff, focusing on orientation and competency assessments through various educational methods. Responsibilities include partnering with nursing leadership to assess skills, implementing ongoing education, and serving as a resource for staff. The role also involves monitoring orientation programs, reviewing staffing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required
• Preferred experience in long-term care or with geriatric populations
• Minimum of three years nursing experience
• Strong organizational and planning skills
