Surgical Technologist

Job Summary: Assists surgical team in pre, intra, and post procedural care for patients in perioperative, pain, and gastroenterology settings. Works cooperatively within the workplace and follows established guidelines.

Essential Functions

• Ensures patient satisfaction through empathetic communication and assistance.
• Prepares operating room and assists with procedures, ensuring safety and availability of equipment.
• Demonstrates teamwork by training new members and volunteering for shifts.
• Exhibits problem-solving skills and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintains productivity and efficiency through effective time management.
• Participates in personal development and adheres to policies and procedures.

Education: High School diploma or GED required; Surgical Technologist program preferred.

Experience: Previous healthcare experience preferred.

Licenses/Certifications: Current Washington State Surgical Technologist registration and BLS required.

Physical Demands: Active role requiring lifting, standing, and exposure to operating room conditions.

Job Type: Full-time, Pay: $32.35 - $46.96 per hour, Benefits include health insurance.
