Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring proper phone etiquette at all times.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently to optimize office operations.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Perform medical receptionist duties, including patient check-in/check-out processes.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about services offered, addressing client needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to create a positive first impression.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and calendar management is ideal.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively is essential.
