We are hiring an Energy Customer Service Associate to assist us in our wide expansion to take advantage of Houston’s hot summers, create a cleaner environment, and put money back into our customers pockets.
The Energy Customer Service Associate’s are dedicated to driving clean energy initiatives by educating customers on how they can contribute to a more sustainable day to day. Our Energy Customer Service Associate’s will be provided with unparalleled training to ensure they are fully equipped with all the service knowledge needed to provide our customers with the best possible solution. The Energy Customer Service Associate will also be able to recognize customers' needs during a brief discussion with them, connecting our clients to our customers, expanding natural and renewable energy exposure, and increasing our profitability analysis.
Energy Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Provide service knowledge and information to customers based on their personal needs by engaging with them within a retail setting
- Work with customers to closely to analyze their situation and come up with energy efficient solutions for them
- Manage their accounts professionally and accurately, notating all their personal information and keeping it confidential
- Recommend and promote specific energy solutions to customers that align with the customers issues or inquiries that will save them money and create a more sustainable environment
- Prospect new customers and process any sales orders for customers on the sales floor
- Achieve weekly and month sales goals with the Energy Customer Service Associate team to exceed clients expectations resulting in market expansion
Entry Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred
- Experience working with customers directly or in a customer engagement environment
- Prior experience in a retail store, hospitality, or restaurant setting is a bonus
- Company working within a team or independently to maximize all areas of the business and work effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be adaptable in any given situation
- Desire to learn and excel within a company long term

Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,500.00 per month
