Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role involves various tasks that support the production process, including operating machinery, assembling products, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Responsibilities
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the assembly of products on the assembly line.
- Fabricate components as required for production needs.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Handle materials using forklifts or other machinery when necessary.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility is preferred.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes is an advantage.
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods is required.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship are essential for success in this role.
