- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Utilize Google Suite and other office software for various administrative tasks.
- Support the team with clerical duties as needed, including preparing documents and reports.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Support and assist project managers.
