Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Skilled in answering phones and using a multi-line telephone system
- Familiarity with basic office machines (printers, label printers, 10-Key)
- Ability to use tracking forms within Excel
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to switch tasks quickly
- Self-starter who can work independently and under supervision
- Good communication skills

Duties/Responsibilities:
- General office and customer service tasks (answering phones, sorting mail)
- Data entry
- Reporting for state and federal agencies
- Maintaining both printed and digital files and materials
- Employee onboarding using an online system for new hire paperwork
- Office housekeeping (garbage, cleaning, etc.)
- Managing office supply inventory
- Continuous improvement through training and collaboration
- Analyzing and resolving problems
- Assisting with payroll tax preparation and payments
Requirements:
- Office experience preferred
- Willingness to learn an advanced payroll system (not Quick Books)
- Ability to complete Word & Excel testing and pass a background check

- Part-time, weekdays only

Compensation:
- Pay is DOE (Depends on Experience)
- Starting at $16.00/hour for those with little or no CSR experience
- Experienced applicants will be DOE
