As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing each project from the estimation phase through to the handoff to the Project Management team.
Key skills required include expertise in using estimating software such as Estimator360, BuilderTrend, STACK, Procore, ProEst, or other industry-standard tools. Additionally, knowledge of sourcing, vetting, and selecting subcontractors for project execution, as well as negotiating subcontractor and material costs to ensure competitive and accurate bid pricing, is essential.
