Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with personalized, consultative service.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable life and health insurance policies.
- Educate clients on policy options and benefits, ensuring they understand their choices.
- Assist with the application process, including gathering required documents and submitting accurate information.
- Stay informed on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
- Participate in company-provided training and utilize available resources for continuous growth.
- Travel locally for in-person appointments and meetings as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly to clients, ensuring they understand their options.
- Analyze client data to recommend suitable insurance products that meet their requirements.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the USA (Required)
- Currently Residing in Wichita Falls(Required)
- Valid Driver's License (Required).
- Life Insurance License (Preferred but not required).
- Health Insurance License (Preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to commute locally to meet clients and attend meetings.
Job Type
- Full-time/ Contract (40 hours per week)
Expected Pay Range
- $4,500 - $8,000 per month (based on performance & experience).
Expected Hours
- 30-50 hours per week (Equivalent to Full-time hours).
**IMPORTANT NOTES**
- This position is currently a commission based sales ONLY. (New agents typically make $4-8,000 /month)
- This position is currently for remote work (you will work from home primarily with the occasional travel within our local community).
- We are in planning to open a store front office for agents to work from in 2025/2026 within Wichita Falls)
