Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationships: Foster and maintain robust, long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from senior executives to end users.
- Implementation Oversight: Ensure successful project implementations, tracking progress and delivering desired outcomes while addressing operational and regulatory needs.
- Customer Success Strategies: Identify opportunities for process improvements, user adoption initiatives, and value creation within the Oracle Cloud Platform suite tailored to the Utilities industry.
- Proactive Engagement: Anticipate and resolve potential issues, providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Renewal and Expansion: Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving revenue growth and increasing client lifetime value.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with our delivery team and support to provide a seamless client experience.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess client satisfaction, renewal rates, and usage metrics.
What We re Looking For:
- Expertise in Oracle Cloud Platform: In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, CX, and SCM, and Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven ability to build trust and prioritize client success.
- Project Management Skills: Experience managing complex projects with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders within the Utilities sector.
- Consulting Skills: Ability to provide strategic advice and tailored solutions to clients business requirements.
