Under the supervision of a BCBA, the Behavior Technician role provides 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism (ASD). 1-2 Cases are assigned to a Technician and clients are seen individually throughout the week. We focus on building strong rapport with the client and their family through consistent assignments. Therapy sessions usually run 3-4 hours and primarily take place during after school hours in the client's home, Community, and/or at our Center. Our team focuses on assigning cases as locally as possible (usually within 30 minutes) to your home address or regular school/other work location. Travel time pay and mileage reimbursements are available (when applicable).

- Must have Reliable transportation
- Must be able to work 2- 3 weekday afternoons to early evenings
- Some Saturday availability is preferred but not required.

Behavior Technician Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Working with families for effective collaboration
- Submitting all required paperwork in a timely manner
- Electronic Data collection
- Implementing individualized behavior support plans
- Implementing skill acquisition programs
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- Friendly and energetic, enjoy working with individuals with needs
- Experience working with children
- Ability to attend an initial orientation
- Timely and organized
- Ability to work independently
- Proven ability to communicate effectively within a variety of situations
