Must have Reliable transportation
- Must be able to work 2- 3 weekdays during the afternoon to early evening hours
- Some Saturday availability is preferred but not required.

Overview:
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the Behavior Technician role provides 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services to individuals ages 2-22 who have been diagnosed with Autism (ASD). Therapy sessions usually run 3-4 hours and primarily take place during after school hours in the client's home, Community, and/or at our Center. Our team focuses on assigning cases as locally as possible (usually within 30 minutes) to your home address or regular school/other work location.

ABA Behavior Technician Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Working with families for effective collaboration
- Submitting all required paperwork in a timely manner
- Electronic Data collection
- Implementing individualized behavior support plans
- Implementing skill acquisition programs

ABA Behavior Technician Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- Friendly, energetic, and enjoys working with individuals with special needs
- Experience working with children
- Ability to attend an initial orientation
- Timely and organized
- Ability to work independently
- Proven ability to communicate effectively within a variety of situations
