About the Position:
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the ABA Therapist (or Behavior Technician) is guided to provide 1-on-1 ABA Therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults diagnosed with Autism (ASD). Generally, 1-2 clients are assigned to the ABA Therapist (or Behavior Technician) and a client is usually seen 2-5 times per week. Sessions run for about 3-4 hours and can take place during after school hours in the client's home, Community, and/or at our Center. Our team focuses on assigning cases appropriate to your level of experience and as locally as possible (usually less than 30 minutes) from your home address, school, or other work location.

- Paid Orientation and Ongoing training provided*
- We need you to have to be available to work 10 hours per week
- Must have Reliable transportation and Driver's License
- Must have graduated from High School
- Some Saturday availability is preferred but not required.
- Pay starts at $20.00 - $23.00 per hour with ability to increase $1-$4 in the first 3-6 months.

ABA Behavior Technician Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation (Required)
- Friendly, energetic, and enjoys working with individuals with special needs
- Experience working with children
- Timely and organized
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proven ability to communicate effectively within a variety of situations
- Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Working with families for effective collaboration
- Submitting all required paperwork in a timely manner
- Electronic Data collection
- Implementing individualized behavior support plans
