ABA Behavior Technician Responsibilities
About the Position
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the ABA Behavior Technician role provides 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children diagnosed with Autism (ASD). Behavior Technicians or ABA Therapists run regular sessions with their assigned client for about 3-4 hours per session. Sessions primarily take place during after school hours in the client's home, Community, and / or at our Center. Our team focuses on assigning cases as locally as possible (usually within 30 minutes) to your home address or regular school / other work location. Training is paid and travel time pay and mileage reimbursements are available (when applicable).

Our ABA program provides comprehensive intervention to individuals diagnosed with Autism between the ages of 2-22. Our Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) work with the RBTs and ABA Techs to implement interventions that help children improve their behavior in a variety of settings by enhancing communication skills and teaching strategies for self-regulation.
