Requirements:
- JD degree
- California Bar license (in good standing)
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English will be preferred, but not required
- Experience: Immigration Law: minimum 2 year of experience (Required)Job Responsibilities:
You have hands-on experience preparing and compiling non-immigrant petitions (H-1B, TN, O-1, L-1, etc), immigrant petitions (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, etc), adjustments of status applications, and consular processing. Help with the firm's marketing activities if needed.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
