RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve Teachers and Administrators while striving to make their jobs easier.
- Inspire kids and be an excellent role model at all times.
- Teach Leadership Lessons and interact with students during lunch/recess and PE with over-the-top enthusiasm.
- Set up and tear down equipment needed for each aspect of the program.
- Assist with pulling and managing inventory counts for each program.

- Reliable transportation
- Available Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:30pm
QUALIFICATIONS:
- You love kids - You will surround yourself with as many as you can in a class or camp setting. Your patience is immeasurable and you never lose your cool. You realize that kids look up to you and your goal is to constantly inspire them to be the best they can be not only in your words, but with your daily actions!
- You get things done - You are half human, half machine. You follow through on every task, no matter how big or small. You don’t like to let people down and you understand the importance of staying on schedule. “That’s not My JOB” is not part of your vocabulary.
- You communicate - You keep everyone in “the know” so that the job gets done efficiently and effectively. You know when to ask for help, when to listen, and when to speak up. You recognize people's gifts and praise them for those gifts. You don’t avoid difficult conversations. You say yes when you can and no when it’s necessary.
