The Role
Apex Leadership Co. Jax delivers effortless, leadership-driven, fitness-promoting fundraisers for First Coast schools. As a Student Programs Sales Representative, you will present Apex Leadership Co. programs to public, private, charter, and parochial schools of Northeast Florida (Clay, Duval, Nassau, and St. Johns Counties).
Through regular engagement with PTO/PTA Leaders, School Administrators, Teachers/Staff, Parents, and Community Members, you will work to make Apex the fundraiser of choice. Your exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and passion for advancing education through ridiculously effective fundraising will be a great fit for this role!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote and communicate the value, mission, goals, and impact of Apex Leadership Co.’s fundraising programs.
- Present Apex Leadership Co.’s six unique fundraising programs to elementary and middle/junior high school PTO/PTA leaders, school administrators, teachers, and parents.
- Be an active attendee of meetings, conferences, and events for educators and/or the community.
- Facilitate program scheduling and communications, including pre-event meetings, teacher huddles, and post-event follow-up and experience surveying.
- Use the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (HubSpot) daily to manage correspondence and leads.
- Occasionally interact with students during lunch/recess, PE, or during event day, with over-the-top enthusiasm.
- As needed, attend programs with Team Leaders and Members to set up and tear down equipment to ensure program execution.
- Inspire kids and always be an excellent role model.

High-energy team leaders encourage students to reach their potential not only in terms of fundraising and the race itself but also in essential characteristics such as respect, accountability, and more. This 2-week, effortless fundraiser incorporates leadership and fitness in a whole new way. Students will learn leadership development and character-building lessons daily as they raise money for the school.
