- The Apex Rack Repair Business Solutions Manager is a hands-on, travel-based role, vital to connect Apex with their repair customers. Our Rack Repair Business Solutions Managers are essential for collecting in-depth on-site information relating to the quality and specifications of warehouse systems, call out any damage, missing components, pictures, and locations. The Rack Repair Business Solutions Manager will perform inspections to report on the overall condition of our customer's warehouse systems, provide feedback on existing damages or missing components, and present solutions to address these concerns.

Plan and manage an efficient travel schedule throughout your assigned territory.Perform facility walk-throughs to assess damaged locations and general facility condition. Attention to detail is vital.Learn and adhere to RMI standards and effectively communicate with the customer as to how these standards apply to the conditions at each facility.Communicate your findings effectively with the customer. This is a key part of the sales process.Develop knowledge of product line to promote effective communication with manufacturers.Create customer quotes in an accurate but timely manner.Establish and maintain relationships with customers to promote trust and respect that will result in future business.Work effectively with all teams involved in the process (coordination, installation) so that every project goes as smoothly as possible.PAY AND BENEFITS :
Employees receive a competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $85,000, with the potential for a discretionary bonus based on company performance and subject to leadership approval.
The company offers a 401(k) plan with an eligible matching program that begins after one year of employment.

Paid time off is offered, ranging from 8 to 12 days per anniversary year, in addition to holiday pay, which includes one floating holiday per calendar year.
