Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Multifamily Senior Project Manager in Atlanta, GA. The Senior Project Manager will oversee projects, coordinating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensure quality control, and maintain a safe work environment during the construction of new garden style apartments. This role requires proactive problem-solving and effective communication with the project Team.
Qualifications
- Construction Management and Quality Control skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience in completing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- OSHA Certification is preferred
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Multifamily Project Manager
- Ability to maintain a construction budget
- Logistics Management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Knowledge of Construction Project Management software and Scheduling software
