Position: Full-Time; 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday with overtime available
Pay Range: $16-18.00/hour
Experience: No experience required. Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers.
- Collect payment via our iPad point of sale software.
- Schedule processing appointments and order pickup.
- Maintain freezer organization and freezer order location for customer pickup.
- Prepare and distribute invoices; collect payment.
- Maintain filing systems including customer accounts and orders.
- Reorder supplies and manage supply inventory.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Expectations:
- Keep an organized, clean work area that IS customer facing (with a retail lobby).
- Utilize technology and run software programs like Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Shopify point-of-sale (Via iPad) and be willing to learn and trouble-shoot other software solutions.
- Able to effectively communicate with customers; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Able to handle and resolve customer service calls, customer concerns etc.
