Position Summary, Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for relaying current knowledge and accurate information on all Apex PRD programs and activities. Specific duties will include frontline customer support, answering phones, inputting program registration information into recreation programming software, admitting customers into the center, cash handling procedures, processing daily visits, and performing special projects as needed.
As an Apex Park and Recreation team member, flexible availability is necessary. Part-time guest services facility assistants may be required to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Qualifications
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to learn computer data input on the computer system.
Ability and willingness to be a successful team player.
Required to demonstrate basic knowledge of math skills.
Ability to make sound decisions and use good judgment under stressful conditions.
Ability to complete work with frequent interruptions and ongoing activities in the work area.
Must be mature and dependable.
Hours will mostly consist of daytime hours, but night shifts are possible within the scope of these job responsibilities.
Minimum age - 18
Education and Experience
Registration software knowledge is preferred.
CPR/first aid/AED certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds. Hearing and visual acuity must be sufficient to perform the job's essential functions.
