What are the responsibilities and job description for the Party Host/Facility Attendant position at Apex Park and Recreation District?
Responsibilities include
Setting up tables in chairs before each party
welcoming party guests
showing them to their room
helping bring in their supplies
reviewing all room rental policies
checking in on the party from time to time
making sure all party participants have wristbands on
helping get their supplies back to their car
cleaning the room for the next party.
Wiping down fitness equipment.
Organizing weight room.
Assist with monitoring of building.
Enforce gym and weight room rules.
Also expected to assist full time hospitality staff in cleaning duties including vacuuming, cleaning windows, dusting, cleaning locker rooms/restrooms, and all duties assigned by Manager.
Experience in working with people. The perfect candidate is a people person who is able to multitask. Candidate must have a strong work ethic. Must take pride in your work to make sure that each party has a wonderful experience. Needs to be a self starter who is able to work independently and stay on task. Needs to be able to lift to 40lbs and move at a quick pace.
Minimum Age: 15 years
Salary : $15 - $17
