Behavior Interventionist Job Summary
Apex Pediatric Therapy Services seeks a skilled Behavior Interventionist to work with our multidisciplinary team in providing ABA Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy services. This position requires effective implementation of individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans in collaboration with the BCBA
- Apply principles of ABA consistently in interactions with children and families
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities and progress reports
- Assist in the creation of educational materials
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in ABA therapy is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to meet children's needs

Hourly Wage:
