Duties
- Provide expert wound care management and treatment to patients with acute and chronic wounds
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized wound care plans
- Conduct assessments of wounds, monitor healing progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on proper wound care techniques and prevention strategies
- Utilize advanced skills such as IV insertion, triage, and medical coding for accurate documentation
- Perform wound dressing changes, debridement procedures, and other wound care interventions
- Assist in coordinating care for patients undergoing dialysis treatments
Qualifications
- Valid NP license with a background in acute care nursing
- Certification in wound care management is preferred
- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding for accurate medical record documentation
- Experience working in a medical office or clinical setting is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
