What your day will look like:
- Lead problem-solving efforts with internal teams and customers, analyzing data and drawing conclusions.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and keeping everyone informed.
- Motivate and inspire team performance through confidence, trust, and decisive action.
- Ensure plant operations meet Quality System standards, aiming for zero defects.
- Maintain a clean, Lean environment and improve processes across all areas.
- Develop flexible operating plans to manage production volume changes.
- Oversee capacity planning, material flow, and quality systems across the value stream.
- Provide strong leadership and motivation for the team.
- Identify and request capital investments for growth needs.
- Implement standardized manufacturing methods to drive continuous improvement.
- Influence productivity and competitiveness to enhance performance.
- Conduct annual job evaluations for management personnel.
What we are looking for:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is preferred
- 10-12 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting (experience in injection molding is a plus).
- Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret various business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, or regulatory guidelines.
- Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Skilled in delivering clear presentations and addressing questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
