What your day will look like:
- Consistently meets production deadlines and expectations with minimal supervision, while overseeing and assigning tasks to hourly production staff to ensure smooth coordination of production activities.
- Actively participates in hiring, disciplinary actions, terminations, and other supervisory duties.
- Plans and organizes production operations, setting priorities and determining the sequence for manufacturing products.
- Effectively communicates with key team members about the production schedule, addressing any issues that could impact priorities.
- Monitors employee performance to ensure that quality and production standards are met, and conducts regular performance reviews.
- Ensures employees receive proper training to perform their assigned tasks effectively.
- Fosters a positive work environment by maintaining high morale, building strong relationships with both coworkers and management to boost team spirit.
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience as a Production Supervisor
- Strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Customer-focused, with a dedication to both internal and external satisfaction.
- Reliable and dependable, with a solid attendance record.
