We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team in Clawson, MI. This individual will support hiring efforts in Macomb and Oakland Counties, sourcing and placing candidates in manufacturing, skilled trades, and other key industries.

What your day will look like:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting – Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
- Candidate Sourcing – Utilize job boards, referrals, networking, and social media to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Client Engagement – Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide top-tier talent solutions.
- Interview & Assess – Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Offer Management – Negotiate offers, communicate job expectations, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Market Expertise – Stay up to date on hiring trends, wages, and industry demands in Macomb and Oakland counties.
- Database Management – Maintain accurate and organized records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 years of recruiting or staffing experience (manufacturing/skilled trades experience preferred).
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and creative recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for recruiting.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
