What your day will look like:
- Conduct high volumes of phone calls and in-person meetings to engage with potential and existing customers.
- Schedule and lead multiple sales meetings weekly, showcasing clients’ products and services to new and existing prospects.
- Manage pricing, follow-ups, and execute customer requirements promptly.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure continuous growth and target achievement.
- Attend networking events and client gatherings to expand the company’s network and strengthen client ties.
- Organize seminars to educate clients on customer products and technologies.
- Analyze strategic accounts to tailor solutions based on customer needs.
- Use KPIs to track and adjust performance to meet sales goals.
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions to refine skills and strategies.
- Communicate customer expectations to Account Management and Operations for seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute a strategic territory business plan, emphasizing team selling.
What we are looking for:
- 4-year degree strongly preferred
- 2 years of proven outside sales experience with a focus on revenue growth
- Skilled in identifying business opportunities, increasing sales, and market share
- Strong strategic planning and execution to meet growth targets
- Proficient in sales techniques, negotiation, and relationship-building
- Experienced in tracking sales progress and optimizing strategies
