Join a leading aerospace manufacturer specializing in high-precision flight hardware! We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder (GTAW) to weld thin-wall aerospace assemblies to exact customer specifications while maintaining AWS and NADCAP
What your day will look like:
- Set up and operate GTAW manual weld machines and torch setups.
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical specifications.
- Weld multiple-piece assemblies to AWS and customer standards.
- Work confidently with thin-wall materials, maintaining tight tolerances.
- Prepare weld joints by fitting, sanding, grinding, and cleaning.
- Maintain safety, quality, and teamwork in a precision-driven environment.
What we are looking for:
- 2-5 years of TIG welding experience on stainless steel, hybrid nickel alloys, or aluminum.
- Ability to pass AWS D17.1 weld certifications (eye acuity test required).
- Experience welding Group 2 (300 Stainless Steel), Group 3A & 3B (Inconel 625/718), or Group 4 (Aluminum) alloys.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
