What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office CSR position at Apex Plumbing?
Please note there is a possibility of an on-call (phone only) responsibility 1-2 days a week.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a call center setting
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite and other customer service software
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle stressful and challenging customer service situations
Responsibilities:
MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via telephone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Accurately document and record customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
- Work with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on product information
**This is a fast paced environment, where multi-tasking is often necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- No nights
