Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer service and promoting AT&T products to local businesses
- Develop a deep understanding of client products and services to effectively educate and advise customers on their benefits.
- Serve as the primary contact for both new and existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client account issues, offering solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Handle customer account maintenance requests and upsell relevant products to enhance client value.
- Provide insightful business advice and recommendations to clients for improving their operations.
- Retain client business by identifying challenges and providing timely resolutions.
