Responsibilities of an Telecommunications Support Representative :
- Develop and maintain product, program, and service knowledge, and regularly review product lines for market needs and financial sales goals.
- Ensures localization and adaptation of the approach based on audience and geography
- Demonstrate and provide our customers with accurate product knowledge and information building a sense of trust with customers and businesses
