Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, mobility, and light housekeeping.
- Support patients with self-administered medication and therapy exercises.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Participate in ongoing training.
What We’re Looking For:
- Compassionate, reliable, and empathetic caregiver.
- Strong communication skills for building trust with patients and families.
- Physical and emotional resilience to meet caregiving demands.
- Training or competency in line with Medicare guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Patient Care Technician (PCT) certification
