We are looking for a Outbound Specialist to join our Dublin Office. The ideal candidate will be versatile, highly motivated, detail orientated and be able to support clients and our staff.
Position Description:
Our Outbound Specialist position will focus on creating a 5 Star Experience for our customers. You will manage outbound cold calling, understand our customer needs, build the order in our operating system, and then follow up with customers after the service to ensure we delivered on our 5 Star Promise. Additional possible duties, include, but are not limited.
Responsibilities:
- Provide lead generation and service to existing accounts
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients and existing clients that have not purchased product in a long period of time.
- Identify upsell opportunities through constant engagement.
- Researching potential leads from business directories, service titan, or digital resources
- Presenting and delivering new product information to clients.
- Tracking monthly and quarterly performance and out bounding metric.
- Answering potential and existing client questions and follow-up call questions
- Represent Apex Pros brands and provide an excellent customer experience from onboarding to mature stages of the account.
- Work with your office manager to improve sales and customer service.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have 2 experience in Outbound
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential & existing customers
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Eager to expand company with new sales & clients
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
- Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Previous experience in outbound call center & inside sales experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
