We're Hiring: Radon Mitigation Installer
Location: Fort Wayne, IN | Part-Time transitioning to Full-Time | Pay: Based on experience

Apex Radon Defense is looking for someone who’s reliable, hardworking, and ready to jump into a role as a Radon Mitigation Installer. If you’ve got experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing—or just like building things and figuring stuff out—you’ll fit right in. We’ll train the right person!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Installing radon mitigation systems in homes and buildings
• Working with tools, PVC pipe, sealants—you’ll be hands-on every day
• Solving problems and figuring out the best setup for each job
• Talking with homeowners, answering questions, and explaining how systems work
• Keeping your truck and job site neat and organized
• Making sure every install is clean, safe, and up to code

You’re a Good Fit If You:

• Are comfortable using tools and doing physical work
• Don’t mind getting into crawl spaces or basements
• Can lift 50 lbs and hustle when needed
• Have a valid driver’s license (clean record)
• Show up on time and take pride in your work
• Like learning new skills and working on a team

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with radon mitigation or home repair
• Any certifications (NRPP/NRSB), but not required—we’ll help with training
