We are seeking a Mechanical HVAC Project Executive to join our clients team! You will be responsible for the management and delivery of Mechanical related projects across their construction department. This position will set both the strategic and tactical objectives to maximize profitability and minimize risks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and Motivate: Inspire team members, instill company values, and set high performance standards.
- Performance Management: Ensure effective performance reviews and career development.
- Safety and Compliance: Prioritize safety and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Financial Performance: Optimize costs, improve margins, and track financial performance.

Qualifications:
- 5 years in construction management, preferably with Mechanical /HVAC experience
- Experience managing Project Management teams
- Led teams of 100 across various locations
- Proficient in industry software (Procore) and Microsoft Office
- P&L ownership of multiple operating units
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, HVAC or related field
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
