What You'll Do :
As our Superintendent, you will be the on-site leader , overseeing the daily operations of assigned projects. Your responsibilities will include :
- Leading and motivating construction crews.
- Ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
- Coordinating subcontractors and material deliveries.
- Identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
- Maintaining clear communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to plans and specifications.
