Educator / Infection Control Preventionist
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
DUTIES :
- To assist in the collection and review of infection surveillance information
and the education of staff on Infection Control issues.

Education Responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating educational programs to train and maintain the competency of nursing staff, focusing on geriatric care practices, by providing ongoing training on resident care procedures, new policies, and best practices to ensure quality patient care within the facility's standards, often acting as a mentor and role model for other nurses.
Delivering in-service training sessions, workshops, and hands-on demonstrations on clinical skills, new equipment, and policy updates. Assessing staff competency through observation, skills checks, and clinical evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Strong teaching and presentation skills.
QUALIFICATIONS :
RN License, two years RHCF
experience. Infection Control experience, APIC membership preferred
