The Catering Services Worker is an essential member of the event operations team, responsible for the flawless execution of catering orders and events at the assigned venue. This position involves assisting with event setup, transporting equipment, food, and other materials to the event site, serving guests, and managing post-event cleanup
Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate catering and event services in line with client / customer requests and banquet event directives.
- Transport and deliver catering food and beverages along with all necessary supplies and equipment to event locations.
- Set up chairs, tables, buffet arrangements, and other event apparatus as outlined in banquet event instructions.
- Ensure the replenishment of food and beverage items during events as needed.
- Sustain the cleanliness and attractive display of food service areas throughout events.
- Collect and clean food and beverage items after services.
- Dismantle and sanitize areas following event conclusion and ensure equipment is properly stored.
- Provide exemplary customer service to all guests.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
