Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Announcing clients as necessary.
- Helping maintain workplace security by checking and maintaining visitor logs.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, and taking notes.
- Answering phones, screening, and routing calls in a professional manner.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Scheduling appointments, when necessary.
- Keep reception area and break room clean and organized.
Receptionist Requirements:
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field, preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good time management skills.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
Compensation:
- $14-15 per hour
- Health/Vision/Dental/Aflac available after 30 days.
- Paid Time Off after 90 days.
- 8 paid holidays.
Schedule:
- 7:30 - 4:30 Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch)
