- Report to the Mitigation Project Manager, attend daily meetings to determine the daily schedule, and complete assignments for the day.
- Take direction from the Lead Technician, including demolition, cleanup, and loading/unloading work vehicle.
- Work in confined spaces and handle hazardous material.
- Maintain a neat, clean job site following all OSHA requirements and Apex policies and procedures.

Accountabilities
- Skilled in communication, organization, teamwork, accuracy, attention to detail, time management.
- Learn, implement, and maintain an understanding of mitigation operations and procedures.
- Foster positive relationships with team members and clients, referring customer questions to the Mitigation Superintendent.
- Ensure job site is clean and safe.
- Willing to work 40 hours per week when needed.
- Be on call during catastrophic events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of insurance claim procedures, standards, and guidelines is a plus.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds.
- Ability to enter confined spaces and climb ladders.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- No felony convictions.
Compensation
- $15-17 per hour.
- After-hours bonus per job.
