Customer Service Team Lead Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000 per year plus uncapped, performance-based commissions Job Summary: Join the fastest growing roofing company in the PNW as an experienced and dynamic Customer Service Team Lead to oversee and drive the success of our inside sales team. In this role, you will hire, manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives, ensuring the achievement of individual and team sales goals. This team plays a crucial role in the overall sales process by setting appointments with prospective customers and getting them excited to work with us. What You’ll Do: - Lead and Mentor Sales Team: Provide daily leadership, training, and performance-based coaching to the inside sales team to ensure their success. Conduct regular call reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help with skills development for team members. Foster a high-performance environment focused on exceeding sales goals. - Monitor and Track Team Performance & Metrics: Oversee the performance metrics of individual team members, including conversion rates, to ensure targets are met by utilizing our proprietary CRM software – it does all the heavy lifting for you! Maintain detailed reports on individual and team performance, and present reports to upper management. - Sales Support and Escalation: Assist team members with complex sales situations or challenging customers. - Lead by Example: Act as a role model by exceeding sales targets and demonstrating top-level sales skills.. What You’ll Need: - At least five (5 ) years of experience in inside sales or sales leadership. Previous experience as a top-performing inside sales representative is required. - Experience working in a remote setting highly preferred. - Completion of a formal sales training program is preferred but not required. - Be a fantastic salesperson and an exceptional sales coach.
