Accounts Receivable Specialist
Manassas, VA | Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the accounts receivable process with precision, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation
- Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices in a timely manner
- Follow up on outstanding accounts, negotiating payment arrangements to ensure positive financial outcomes
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with attention to detail
- Monitor aging reports, proactively communicating with customers regarding overdue payments
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the finance department, to ensure seamless and timely processing of receivables
- Maintain organized documentation and records related to accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis to support company objectives
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
