About Southern Air : Southern Air, a prominent home service provider in the Gulf Coast Region, is expanding its marketing team. We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Specialist with basic knowledge in traditional and digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.
Job Overview : The Marketing Specialist for the Gulf Coast Region is located in the DFW market (but will focus on Alabama, Arkansas and Oklahoma) and will play a pivotal role in executing marketing initiatives across up to 10 branches. The ideal candidate will have basic marketing knowledge with a focus on both traditional and non-traditional methods, including digital marketing channels like paid search, SEO, and Local Service Ads (LSA). This position will report to and support the Regional Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Marketing Execution : Activate marketing tactics covering traditional and digital channels to achieve regional objectives and enhance brand visibility.
- Campaign Management : Execute integrated marketing campaigns, incorporating traditional and digital elements, to generate leads and drive sales.
- Digital Marketing Expertise : Basic understanding of digital marketing, including paid search, SEO, LSA, and other online channels, to optimize online presence and reach target audiences.
- Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt marketing strategies for AL, AR, OK.
- Brand Management : Ensure consistent branding across all channels, maintaining a positive and impactful brand image.
- Collaboration with Field Personnel : Work closely with Marketing Manager and stores to understand local market dynamics and tailor marketing initiatives to meet specific branch needs.
- Performance Analytics : Monitor marketing performance metrics and share findings with Marketing Manager.
